Perform a search
To search for a patient, go to the <strong>"Patients"</strong> section in the sidebar. At the top of the list you will find a <strong>search bar</strong>. Type the name of the patient you are looking for and the results will filter automatically as you type.
Tip
You don't need to type the full name. The search works with <strong>partial names</strong>, so you can type just the first name or part of the last name and you'll get matching results. For example, typing "Mar" will show patients like "María", "Martín", or "Delgado Marín".
Interpret the results
Each search result displays the following patient information:
Initials avatar — A circle with the patient's initials for visual identification.
Full name — The patient's first and last name.
Phone — The registered contact number.
Appointment count — The total number of appointments the patient has registered at the clinic.
View the patient profile
To access all of a patient's information, <strong>click on their name</strong> in the results list. The full profile will open where you can check their contact details, appointment history, and notes.
From the patient profile you can also edit their details if you need to update information such as their phone number or address.
