Total collected
The <strong>Reports</strong> section shows the total collected over the period you choose. It counts payments already collected (deposits, prepayments, balances, extras and tips), not what is outstanding.
Revenue is split into two blocks: on one hand what corresponds to <strong>services</strong>, and on the other what comes from <strong>extras and tips</strong>.
By payment method
The breakdown by payment method tells you how much you have collected by card, Bizum or in person. This gives you a quick view of which channels your clients use most.
Gateway fees
Reports also show the fees applied by the payment gateway on each charge. Davoxly's fee is shown separately where applicable, so you can clearly see how much reaches your account.

Reports are for administrators only. If you need to share a summary with your team, export or capture the data you need.
