The outstanding balances list
The <strong>«Outstanding balances»</strong> section gathers every visit with an outstanding balance. Each row shows the client, the amount still to be collected and how old the debt is.
The balance is calculated automatically, subtracting what has been collected from the visit total. There is nothing to maintain by hand.
Age of the debt
Each outstanding item is classified by age so you can see what is most urgent at a glance: 0 to 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and more than 90 days.
Send the payment link
From each row you can send the client a link to pay the balance online. Choose the channel you prefer:
- WhatsApp — Message with the payment link. Requires the client to have a phone number on file.
- SMS — Text-message alternative if the client doesn't use WhatsApp.
- Email — Email with the payment link, useful for clients who prefer email.
The item disappears once settled
As soon as the client pays the balance (online or at the front desk), the row disappears from the list on its own. If something becomes outstanding again, it will reappear.
ℹ️ Who can see it
This section is visible to the administrator and to reception. Professionals with a doctor profile do not see the clinic-wide outstanding amounts.
