At Davoxly we respect your right to erasure, recognised in Article 17 of the GDPR. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and what will happen to your data.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before proceeding, make sure you have exported all data you need.
1. Account deletion methods
You can request deletion of your account using any of the following methods:
Option 1 — By email
- Send an email to support@davoxly.com.
- Use the subject: Delete account.
- Include in the body: your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.
Option 2 — From the web panel (clinic administrators)
- Log in to the clinic panel at davoxly.com.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Select the option to delete the account and follow the instructions.
Option 3 — Contact form
If you cannot access any of the above options, contact us directly at support@davoxly.com and we will process your request manually.
2. What happens to your data when you delete your account
When a user account is deleted, Davoxly will carry out the following actions:
- Permanent deletion of your name, email address and access credentials from our active systems.
- Deletion of active authentication tokens (sign out from all devices).
- Deletion of the push notification token registered for your device.
- Anonymisation of activity logs (logs) linked to your user.
If you are the clinic administrator and request deletion of the clinic account (not just the user), the process additionally involves:
- Export of all clinic data in standard format (CSV/JSON), available for 30 days.
- Deletion of all clinic data: appointments, patients, doctors, services, call logs and configuration.
- Deletion of the AI voice assistant associated with the clinic on the Vapi platform.
3. Data retained due to legal obligations
In accordance with applicable regulations, Davoxly may be required to retain certain data even after account deletion:

This data will be stored securely, isolated from active data, and will be automatically deleted upon expiry of the legal retention period.
4. Process timelines
- Deletion request received: Acknowledgement within 72 business hours.
- Account deletion completed: Within 30 days of receiving the request.
- Backup deletion: Data is removed from backup systems in the normal purge cycles (maximum 90 additional days).
5. Reversibility
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the request has been processed, it will not be possible to recover the account or deleted data.
If you change your mind before deletion has been processed, you can cancel your request by contacting support@davoxly.com within 24 hours of submitting the request.
